Thou shalt take any potentially adoptable cats to a shelter for adoption, or adopt them yourself and bring them indoors. |

Thou shalt not TNR feral cats unless they are being "returned" to safe, enclosed environments. If no safe, enclosed environments are available, thou shalt trap feral cats and take them to a shelter or veterinarian for humane euthanasia. |

Thou shalt spay or neuter all cats for which you are responsible. |

Thou shalt not let your cats roam free and unsupervised outdoors. Thou shalt provide a secure enclosure, harness and leash or other appropriate, safe means for your cat to get fresh air and sunshine. |

Thou shalt provide physically and mentally stimulating activities for your cats to keep them happy and healthy. |

Thou shalt provide your cats with regular veterinary care. |
 |
Thou shalt not acquire a cat unless you are prepared, both mentally and financially, to be a responsible pet guardian. |

Thou shalt not de-claw cats. |
